Senior Analyst – Identity and Access Management Team


Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage user identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies across enterprise systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on identity governance platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager).
  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business units to define and enforce access control policies.
  • Conduct access audits, analyze entitlements, and remediate violations to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and optimize IAM infrastructure, including integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday and Epic.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for identity lifecycle processes, access controls, and governance workflows.
  • Lead incident response efforts related to identity and access anomalies.
  • Document and maintain IAM procedures, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Participate in vendor evaluations and contribute to platform selection and implementation.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline access provisioning and reduce manual interventions.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders on IAM best practices.
  • Integrated team that includes both IAM and Office 365 Administration to enhance user collaboration and productivity across the company.

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Experience with IAM platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID Governance).
  • Project Management and Business Analysis experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with directory services, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols.
  • Some experience scripting (e.g., PowerShell, JSON, Python) for automation.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust principles and identity fabric architecture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM or IAG roles, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.

Pay Range:

$84,701.34-$139,761.44
