Summary: Reports to the Medical Director and the Director of
Operations; will provide compassionate and excellent patient care by performing
courteous efficient and accurate service. Assists with all aspects of patient
care including diagnosis treatments and consultations. Mentors clinical
personnel and serves as a liaison with patients staff providers and
leadership. Can perform independently and as part of a treatment team.
Responsibilities: Assess plan and treat patient needs within an urgent care Effectively manage private pre-employment and workers Order medically indicated labs x-rays ECG�s point-of-care Perform digital blocks and local anesthesia. Perform minor Consult with other Providers on medical care as necessary. Maintain and adequate patient flow on-site by directing and Maintain quality assurance of charts and testing. Handle telephone calls and follow up care about services Attend required provider/staff meetings. Maintain excellent and timely patient records for clinical Educate patients about preventative care and the prescribed Manage patients who do not require complex medical Demonstrates the ability to assess plan and implement Communicates appropriately with the person served regardless Complete charting and required paperwork in a timely manner. Active participation in the development/review of office Promotes a safety-conscious work force. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
