Summary: Under general supervision of the Property Management Project
Supervisor perform a variety of rough and finished carpentry work including
cabinet making Maintains the integrity of the fire smoke wall construction
throughout the Hospital and its related off campus buildings. Assist Project Supervisor in coordinating
small projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities: Provide technical supervision of assigned staff. Design and estimate cost of required carpentry work from Build and construct counters cabinets partitions Repair desk tables and chairs including replacement of Assist Construction and Plant Operations personnel in Maintain quality assurance safety environmental and Perform all duties in a safe and professional manner and in Must have a good driving record meet and maintain the Perform other related duties as required.
