Every year, we recognize and honor our shared CARE values of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence through the CARE Person of the Year award. This is the most important honor we give out each year, the highest recognition a team member can receive.


Betty Ferreira was chosen as 2024 CARE Person of the Year. She has been with the organization for extraordinary 48 years, and during that time has has made a remarkable impact on thousands of patients and team members. Her dedication to her staff and commitment to creating meaningful, engaging experiences for employees and patients is first-class.
