Summary: Under general supervision of
the Director of Nursing Resource Management directs and evaluates nursing care
and related activities of assigned nursing units on the off-shifts. Serves as the administrative resource person
within the hospital for interpretation and implementation of policies and
procedures for all departments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS-EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing ACLS and BLS certification.
