Mental Health Worker

SUMMARY

The Mental Health Worker will perform random urine toxicology collection activities. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients in a courteous manner
• Supervise urine toxicology samples
• Ensure all drug screen specimens are collected accurately and on time
• Collect specimens according to established procedures
• Complete chain of custody forms accurately
• Submit supporting documentation electronically
• Package specimens for transport
• Maintain required records & documentation
• Provide administrative support including filing, faxing documents, preparing & distributing mail, and compiling statistics & data for reporting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma, or equivalent, required
• Ability to read & comprehend instructions, medication/physician order sheets, short correspondence, and memos
• Oral & written communication skills, including speech, grammar, spelling, and legibility are at a sufficient level to ensure effective & appropriate communication
• Ability to access emergency resources
• Ability to complete all required training & certifications

$18.00-$25.82
