Sr Advisor for Advanced Payment Programs

SUMMARY: Reporting to VP of Finance, works collaboratively with System Contracting Department on advanced payment program initiatives and other continuous quality improvement initiatives within BHMG. Clinical background and experience preferred. · Three or more years’ experience in the implementation of Clinical Quality Improvement initiatives preferred Knowledge, Skills and Ability · Knowledge of NCQA, Meaningful Use, MACRA, GPRO, Pay for Performance programs and other continuous quality improvement initiatives · Knowledge of quality improvement processes, models and tools · Proficiency with electronic health record, various software programs and demonstrated ability to design workflows for successful use of the application in clinical practice · Experience project management and implementing quality initiatives in a clinical setting · Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as rigorous attention to detail · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills Comprehensive knowledge of medical, administrative, ethical and legal requirements and standards related to healthcare delivery Physical Effort and Dexterity · Sit and stand for prolonged periods of time · Work and move among all departments and practice locations. Possess a valid driver’s license & own transportation. · Excellent hand/eye coordination · Lift up to 15 pounds · Manual dexterity to operate personal computers and standard office machines and equipment as it pertains to one’s position Visual Acuity, Hearing and Speaking · To transfer information from paper to computer, from computer to computer, and to communicate in person and on the telephone

Pay Range:

$98,065.24-$161,802.37
