SUMMARY:
p class=listheading font-size:14.0pt; The Training Program Coordinator will be responsible for all activities in support of The Autism Project’s training department. These activities include, but are not limited to, the construction of proposals, preparation of contracts and materials, coordination with customers, and maintenance of all documentation . The Training Program Coordinator is the community liaison and provider of exemplary customer service to all participants and potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
font-size:14.0ptCompleting all intellectual property checks and license maintenance. font-size:14.0pt The training coordinator will work with legal (as needed) to ensure that all licenses and intellectual property checks have been maintained, and that any new licenses are applied for. font-size:14.0ptComplete all applications for and maintenance of CEUs. font-size:14.0pt The training coordinator will be responsible for applying for and maintaining CEUS for all needed trainings. CEUs, or Continuing Education Units, are applied for through a variety of organizations. The coordinator will complete the applications and maintain the CEUs with reapplications as needed for all content. font-size:14.0pt font-size:14.0ptComplete all updates of the training platform. font-size:14.0pt Under the guidance of the training manager, the training coordinator will be responsible for making any needed updates to the virtual training platform. font-size:14.0pt font-size:14.0ptBilling and data collection font-size:14.0pt The training coordinator will complete all data collection, invoicing, and correspondence with finance for all training. They will maintain end of month data, as well as collect any needed data for training grants. font-size:14.0pt font-size:14.0ptSocial Media font-size:14.0pt The training coordinator will assist with generation of training related material for posts on social media.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
