Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director Supply Chain Logistics and Informatics the Manager of Supply Chain ERP Informatics is responsible for leading a team of ERP Functional Analysts and Senior Analysts focused on optimizing supporting and advancing the organization�s Supply Chain systems primarily within the ERP ecosystem. This individual will oversee the strategy execution and continuous improvement of informatics solutions that support Supply Chain operations ensuring systems align with business goals improve operational efficiency and maintain data integrity across multiple domains (e.g. Supply Chain Finance HR Technology).
This role is both a strategic and hands-on leadership position requiring deep understanding of Supply Chain processes and ERP systems along with experience in team development stakeholder collaboration and system transformation initiatives. The Manager of Supply Chain ERP Informatics receives functional oversight from the Director of ERP operations via a dotted line relationship.
Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of ERP Functional and Senior Analysts specializing in Supply Chain Informatics.
- Set strategic direction and priorities for the team in alignment with organizational goals and the ERP roadmap.
- Foster a collaborative cross-functional team culture focused on continuous improvement service excellence and innovation.
- Identify skills and training needs; support professional development and certification efforts among team members.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex system issues related to Supply Chain modules.
- Oversee design configuration testing and implementation of new system features process improvements and complex data integrations.
- Ensure team maintains up-to-date system documentation test plans and support procedures.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives including implementations upgrades and system migrations involving Supply Chain processes and technologies.
- Partner with HR Finance IT and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Takes direction from Supply Chain leadership to analyze and translate complex Supply Chain business process requirements into scalable effective system solutions that enhance operational efficiency data integrity and end-to-end process integration. Partners with the SCM internal stakeholders.
- Provide strategic input on integration architecture data flow and security across domains.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives involving Workday modules such as SCM Finance and HCM.
- Oversee bi-annual ERP release cycles for Supply Chain; collaborate with the ERP Release Manager to ensure timely testing training and adoption of new features.
- Review release notes identify impact and make recommendations to leadership on new feature adoption and configuration changes.
- Support the development and execution of a Supply Chain reporting and analytics strategy that drives informed decision-making.
- Provide guidance on advanced reporting capabilities for the ERP; support complex report development and user training.
- Oversee data uploads using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs) ensuring validation and data integrity.
� Regularly present insights risks and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a consultant to business stakeholders on best practices system capabilities and process optimization.
- Represent Supply Chain Informatics in governance committees ERP steering groups and workgroups across the enterprise.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor�s Degree in Information Systems Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
Experience with ERP Supply Chain Management required; certifications are a plus.
- Deep expertise in ERP functional configuration reporting and data integrations.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools; knowledge of EIBs and Community tools is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes such as procurement inventory logistics supplier management and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting or leading optimization initiatives root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
� An elevated level of people skills to effectively represent BUH and Supply Chain in interaction with all levels of personnel within and outside the organization.
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel SharePoint MS Teams; advanced Excel skills preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP system administration or Supply Chain Informatics including at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory role.
INDEPENDENT ACTION:
Perform and manage others independently within BUH and Supply Chain policies and practices. Refers specific complex problems to leadership when clarification or guidance is required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
� Supervisory responsibility for up to 10 FTEs
